PAUL 'SKYBWOY' STUDHOLME (BSc)
(PCT Founder & Head Trainer)
A qualified, registered and fully insured Level 3 REPS personal trainer and Muay Thai instructor, Paul's infamous, no-nonsense 'Sergeant Major' approach will push you to your limits, reaching boundaries you never thought possible. He tailors each session to your needs and specific goals, ranging from weight loss, post-pregnancy, cardiovascular and respiratory conditioning, to general health, wellbeing and lifestyle reassessment.
Paul has trained in the martial art Muay Thai and combat sports kickboxing and boxing for 14 years, spending four as a professional fighter and rising from novice to full-time pro under the guidance and mentoring of Bloodline Gym's Kru Paul Marut.
His amateur and pro fight record stands at 25 fights, 19 wins, 6 losses and 4 KOs, competing in both the UK and Thailand. In 2012 Paul became the ISKA Thai boxing English champion.
After retiring from competition, Paul studied for a degree in Sports Science at London Metropolitan University, gaining a qualification in Personal Training and Strength & Conditioning. He now works full-time as a personal trainer, incorporating his knowledge of combat sports and sports science.
(PCT Co-Founder & Coach)
Ricky has been training in the martial arts of Muay Thai and kickboxing for four years in the UK and Thailand, during which time he has turned from novice to semi-professional fighter. His amateur and semi-pro record stands at seven wins and one loss under the teaching and guidance of Paul Studholme (PCT) and Arnold Oborotov (Bloodline Gym). Ricky incorporates his knowledge and experience of kickboxing, Muay Thai and fitness training when teaching Paul's students in PCT classes.
Jamie has been mastering his craft across many different martial arts since the age of 6. From a young age he specialised in Kyokushin Karate, a sport in which he would go on to win numerous national and international tournaments including the English, British, Dutch and Scottish championships. Jamie understood early on in his journey that to be a truly accomplished striker he would have to expand his horizons and train under different disciplines.
Aged 13 Jamie discovered Muay Thai and instantly fell in love, but it wasn’t until he moved to Bristol and began training with PCT that he truly began to develop in the style. Under the guidance of Paul and Ricky he has competed in two 2 fights, finishing both by KO. Now fighting semi-professionally, Jamie continues to harness his skills under the PCT flag, where he also uses his experience to teach alongside the other coaches.
