YOGA FOR ALL WITH ELEANOR
THURSDAYS 6PM-7.15PM

This class is open to all levels - from absolute beginners to those with more experience - to help you find a sense of understanding of what yoga is, as well as learning how to move safely and confidently within your body at your own pace. Each week Eleanor will use her knowledge from the past decade of yoga teaching and practice to offer you a different focus to the class to help rejuvenate the body and clear the mind. It will be stripped down to the fundamentals to offer individual advice, adjustments and modifications to support you where you're at in this moment.

VINYASA FLOW WITH JEMIMA
TUESDAYS 6PM-7.15pm

Balancing powerful flows with deep stretching, this 75 minute class gives a complete practice suitable for all abilities. Expect dynamic sequences designed to build strength and support stability in the body, followed by long-held restorative stretches focused on mobility and physical range. Music, scents, breath work, and hands-on adjustments will be present in each session as we work towards peak poses via playful exploration.
